Ingredients
6 cup hash browns
2 cups ham
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup diced tomato
salt/pepper to taste
1 square foil pan
Sheet of aluminum foil
Preparation
Step 1
After cutting up veggies and ham, mix all ingredients in pan.
Step 2
Cover with aluminum foil.
Step 3
Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Uncover and cook for 15-20 minutes more.
*Can be prepared in advanced and frozen until needed.
