Dad’s Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Block of Velveeta

  • 1 Can or bottle of beer (preferably not light)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp celery salt

  • 1 tsp red pepper

  • 1 tbsp Tabasco

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1


Melt Velveeta block in double boiler on stove or slowly in microwave, stirring often.


Step 2


Add all other ingredients. Pour a third of the beer and stir. Repeat and sip.


Step 3


Stir until mixed well and creamy.


Step 4


Adjust to taste. Stores well in the fridge for a week.
