Shrimp Boil Packets

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled & deveined shrimp

  • 1 pound baby potatoes

  • 6 corn on the cob halves (frozen can work)

  • 13 ounces andouille sausage

  • 6 tbsp butter

  • Old Bay Seasoning to taste

  • 12 pieces of Reynolds wrap

Preparation

Step 1


Partially boil potatoes for 3 minutes to aid in shorter cooking time later. Dry them off and make sure they're roughly all the same size.


Step 2


Measure out 12 (12x12 inch) pieces of non stick Reynolds wrap aluminum foil.


Step 3


Use two pieces of foil per packet and evenly distribute all ingredients.


Step 4


Double wrap up the foil packets and either freeze for later in gallon size Ziplock bags or put directly on grill or in the oven at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
